We at Suyog aim to manufacture products for our customers through optimized utilisation of resources to minimise effect on environment. We are fully committed to achieving excellence in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and conduct our manufacturing activities in the most responsible manner. We aim to use natural resources efficiently and by constant monitoring and preventive actions, minimize the environmental impacts of our activities and products during their life cycles.
We have state-of-the-art environment protection equipment at our manufacturing facilities; key processes comprise regular safety surveillance, inspections and audits, fire prevention activities, operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and regular monitoring of the environment.
We strive to reduce our carbon footprint through several energy consumption reduction initiatives and by the use of available renewable energy sources. Our integrated EHS management system is further evaluated on a regular basis to identify areas for continual improvement. As a responsible and employee friendly organisation, we ensure workplace safety of our employees is of prime importance to us to continuously harness to adopt best available safety systems at our facilities.
Our plant and processes are continuously upgraded to improve hygiene and health standards. Necessary training is imparted to employees to enhance their awareness in health and safety related matters. We have health monitoring of employees which include regular health check-ups, special health checks for employees working in hazardous areas, first aid training, and other training workshops.
We are committed to manufacture and supply the bulk drugs, advance intermediates and ingredients with due respect to environment, health and safety aspects.
EHS Certifications
We have been progressively establishing ISO 14001:2015 compliant Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 compliant Occupational Health and Safety Management System at our manufacturing facilities.
